A shadhu smokes marijuana at Pashupatinath, Kathmandu on Sunday, February 22, 2009. Smoking marijuana is illegal. But in the day of Shivaratri, it is found everywhere in Pashupati. Most of the young guns go to Pashupati for marijuana. There was a corner in Pashupati premises, where it seemed like street vendors selling marijuana.
